Treiz’ envie, bistronomic street food

Anchored in Marseille and in particular at the old port during the organic market every Sunday morning, Valérie offers us bistronomic street food aboard her Treiz'viens bike-tricycle. Full of humor and kindness, she distributes her joy and happiness to everyone she meets, offering a gourmet and tasty moment for only €10.

Attracted by the smell of pieces of octopus and cuttlefish grilled on his plancha, I approached his orange stand to taste his white tuna ceviche with grapefruit, watermelon, red onions, avocado, basil, yuzu pearls and pulp coulis cherry, lime and tonka bean. Absolutely delicious.

Valérie talks with her customers with pleasure, laughs with them and shares friendly moments in a good mood. She adapts to the seasons and works with local and fresh products. Chatting with her, I learned that she produces her own vinegars and creams which season her dishes and takes pleasure in testing new flavor combinations.

I am always on the path of people, I am where there is life, I have no shop and I distribute my itinerant happiness.”

If you are passing through Marseille on Sunday, do not hesitate to stop at his stand to taste his dishes in the sun facing the sea. His sandwiches or cones of octopus, cuttlefish, prawns, sea bream, tuna, red mullet and other fillets grilled fish are also always accompanied by a delicious pistou.

Address : old port of Marseille on Sundays from 10 a.m.
