Benoit Cadot and Léo Marzullo, formerly of La Mercerie , respectively in the kitchen and in the wine, deliver bistronomic cuisine close to gastronomy to this new restaurant in the Marseille opera district.

I went there for lunch on the terrace in the sun, 32€ starter/main course/dessert, the stop at prémices is worth it. The restaurant also offers a 4 or 5-stage menu in the evening for €49 and a food and wine pairing for €35, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The two friends imagined a restaurant that resembles them, free and daring, sober and warm.
As a starter, I tasted leeks with citrus vinaigrette, radish pickles and capers. As a main course, a pig cooked at low temperature, very tender, with its lobster land and sea sauce, all served with turnip and braised cabbage. For dessert, the chef surprised me with a fennel sorbet, a kiwi tartare and a buckwheat tuile.
I will go back to try their evening menu. Don't hesitate to book, the restaurant is already full quickly.
