Passionate about travel, Sabrina, David, Aurely, 3 brothers and sisters, drew on their childhood memories to help us discover “their California”.
Their cuisine travels between the United States with artisanal brioche bread, homemade pancakes, eggs benedict and Mexico, with fresh fish tacos and the well-known Margarita in California.
In a girly, vegetal pink decoration inspired by the West Coast of California, the little sister and chef works fresh, organic & healthy, while still maintaining gourmet dishes.
The atmosphere inside is very calming, outside the terrace offers soft throws in autumn and winter. The waiters and chefs are very smiling and attentive to their customers.
I personally tasted the "Santa Monica Baby", a waffle served with two poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, avocado, and as an option, I opted for homemade salmon gravlax, delicious. I also tried the famous eggs benedict served on English muffins with their Hollandaise sauce. The plates are rich in color and tempting, with very delicious flavor combinations. I particularly enjoyed the cauliflower pickles which spiced up the dishes.
For drinks, I tasted a homemade milk flavored with cinnamon, cardamom and dates. Very original and delicious, in addition to being generously served.
