Barbotin is the new address on Marseille's Place aux Huiles. 100% French cuisine featuring local produce, offering remarkable value for money!

Drink and eat the French way!

I went there for dinner and had a BBQ-grilled pork chop, served for 2 people, with a meat jus sliced with cockles. Delicious and very affordable, for €24/person. A good French wine to accompany this dish and a Paris-Brest for dessert were enough to convince me.

The menu does not forget the classics of French cuisine: leek vinaigrette, homemade pâté en croûte, onion soup and Comté AOP, flank steak with café de Paris or béarnaise sauce and homemade fries, or even croque-monsieur. The chefs also adapt to the city they work in and don't hesitate to concoct lovely sunny dishes: Mediterranean oysters, soupions with parsley, octopus stew with polenta, or even grilled sea bass on the BBQ.

The interior dining room is impressive, with its high exposed stone walls, massive beams, and relaxed decor. It's a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a relaxing culinary experience with loved ones. Outside, a terrace with a capacity of 150 people is the ideal spot for lunches under the Marseille sun.

Do not hesitate to book via this site , the tables are very popular, especially for dinner.
